UPDATE 2/13

Another day and not too many changes. Michele still continues to improve but at a very slow pace by the doctor’s orders. I can tell she is fighting as her breathing is more rapid, meaning she is trying to breathe on her own without the ventilator. Although the doctors do not want her to come out of the coma too quickly I can tell her strong will is to come back to us as soon as possible. We will have another brain scan tomorrow at 10am to see what has occurred in the last 48 hours. Brenda and Dave leave tomorrow morning so I will be at the hospital in the morning with Michele alone and it will give me time to talk to her and tell her how much she is loved by so many.

Karen arrives in the afternoon and we will go to see Michele around 4pm and give each of you a new update at that time.

The attached picture is of my children, Jordan and Brian making some special cookies.
