Today Michele has another temperature of 101.1 which is coming from an infection. We think it is either the catheter or the IV line which both were replaced today. Cultures were taken and we gave her Antibiotics to battle the temp. She is slowly wakening by moving her shoulders, blinking and trying to open her right eye. Physical therapy is daily now so that we can get her body moving when she wakes up. Karen and I rub her legs and arms for about an hour 3 times a day and talk to her constantly trying to get her to wake up. Her heart rate increases up to 144 at times so I know she is in there working on her end.
Billy will be traveling out this Thursday to help in his Mothers recovery.
Sorry not too much news today but I hope to have more tomorrow. We have a Cat Scan scheduled for 10am to check the swelling on the brain again.
